Part 2 of a two-course sequence. Provides students with technical instruction and practical experience in workplace safety, use and care of basic landscaping tools, plant identification, different soil types, planting and maintaining a garden, and basic landscaping design. It also covers landscape irrigation, water management, weed abatement, pruning, and plant propagation.
