Esthetician

Overview

The Esthetician Program is a continuum of three (3) competency-based courses. Fully approved by the California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology (CSBBC),* this program is designed to prepare individuals for California's licensing examinations.* Students will receive hands-on instruction and practical experience. Program topics include: State regulations, basic business skills, health and safety, hazardous substances, chemistry, electricity, bacteriology, principles of infection control and sanitation, and anatomy and physiology. Techniques in facials, hair removal, make-up, eyelash, and eyebrow beautification are included.
