Overview
OFFICE TECHNICIAN 1: Fundamentals
First in a sequence of three courses designed for Office Technician training. Provides instruction in telephone techniques, email, mail, office tools and equipment, data verification/proofreading, records management, reference materials, travel arrangements, grammar, spelling and vocabulary, punctuation, business letter and report writing, reading, listening, and speaking skills, and employability, ergonomics, and résumé preparation.

OFFICE TECHNICIAN 3: Trade Employability Skills
Last in a sequence of three designed for Office Technician training. Provides instruction in hard skills vs soft skills, applied academic skills, critical thinking skills, interpersonal skills, personal qualities, resource management, information use, communication skills, systems thinking, technology use, resume, cover letter and/or portfolio, online job searching platforms, online job application, interview skills and follow-up letters, upgrading skills, and entrepreneurial skills.
